PC specs are as follows
CPU: AMD Phenom II 965 BE 3.4 ghz slight O.C. to 3.8 ghz at 1.5v.
GPU: ASUS Nvidia chipset GTX 460 S.E. 1gb @ 810 mhz. No voltage increase.
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 1600 mhz 2x2gb slight O.C. to 1866 mhz
HD running OS: Seagate Barracuda 500gb SATA III
~running Skyrim off same HD.
650w Corsair PSU.
Running W7 SP1.

Heat is not an issue, as cooling is sufficient.
No BSOD's or memory errors, no artifacts on GPU O.C.
MOBO is ASUS make: EVO m4a87TD EVO.

Sound errors:
Issue with sound rendering in 24 bit causing game to crash on boot: Fixed
Fix: Changing sound options to 16 bit sound 192khz
Issue with voices crackling and underlying deep monotone voice: Not Fixed
Description: Instead of playing voice roles slight crackle is played instead with a deep underlying voice. Voice also plays during most voice acting. Currently only present when using desktop speakers, not headphones.

Video errors:
Issue when starting new game, causing game to flash to a black screen and display artifacts. Force close remains the only option: Fixed
Fix: In Nvidia control panel: changed all settings to application controlled after downloading most recent BETA DRIVER from Nvidia website. Clean install.

Crash errors:
Currently experience crashing errors inside the dungeon: Bleak Falls Barrow during quest: The Golden Claw. Not Fixed
Description: Crashes generally appear after death, however I have experienced some crashes relative to the inventory screen.
