Only thing I know of is that Ring of Hircine that randomly turns you into a Werewolf, though it's never happened to me, and I been wearing the ring all through Civil War and the Main Quest.

I kind of wish enchanting put curses on weapons. Like you can put some basic fire damage or shock damage on a weapon, and the weapon is still okay. But once you start putting more powerful enchantments, like SUPER fire damage, I kind of want a drawback to it. Like it depletes health for every swing, or uses all of your stamina, or using it to long paralyzes you, or strikes fear into you and forces you to run.

What made think of this? Been wanting to forged a golden ring, enchant it, and then 'drop it' in town to let the citizens fight over it. "One Ring to rule them all" kind of thing, but I want it to be cursed... like turning all NPC's around the wearer hostile to them.
