I'm trying to figure out how to create variations in the faces of some NPCs I'm making, but I can't figure out for the life of me how to do it.

How do you make custom faces for NPCs? Anyone know?

Also, I would like to make the warpaint/facial hair from different races available to all my custom NPCs, can that be done as well? If so, how?

Open up your NPC, go to the Character Gen Morphs tab, and play with sliders and choose preset nose/eye shapes.

As for the warpaint, it's pretty much just a matter of taking the Headpart in question and editing its details (usually in the form of an associated Formlist) so that it can be used by your desired race. Good way to make attractive Dark or High elves- just make them Wood Elves with different face/body textures.
