First let me say I am no artist. Now here's my problem. I've been trying to use http://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i279/jarizzon/BlackHand.jpg picture of the Hand of Sithis to be used as warpaint. I have followed http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ufZAJbGEwDk and have successfully made the warpaint available in game. My problem is that when I select it, it's barely noticeable.

As you can see one can barely see it. As I said before I am no artist, I'm just using some of my image editing know how and common sense. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong. Also I am saving it as a dds file with DXT1 compression.
