Today i installed SKSE and a new ENB and now when i start the game from the SKSE exe i get this system error,

"The program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem" however if i click ok the game starts normally.

If i start the game through steam or NMM i dont get any error, i tried downloading the missing file and putting it in the skyrim folder but then the game wouldn't start at all with it in there.

I need to start the game through SKSE for a mod but its annoying getting this error message all the time, how do i fix this ?
