I have all autosaves turned off. Whenever I re-enter Solstheim or Skyrim Or a Black Book or exit any of them, the game freezes for 10 seconds, then says autosaving(What the Hell?) and everyhting runs normally again. Any idea how to fix? And if I delete and reinstall the update and the game data, will I have to redownload the DragonBorn DLC?

Don't worry, it does this on every platform; I guess it's similar to how the game stops temporarily when you first get off the wagon at Helgen. I don't know of any way to fix it on consoles, but on PC you have to edit the skyrim.ini.

That'd be a forced, scripted autosave. You can't turn this off.
