Do anyone else have that bug that when u complete the quest inside of the Night Mothers coffin and Astrid tells you to go to Nazir to get some work. But when you get to Nazir he dosnt give you any options to get the contracts. This is extremely annoying since i cant go further into the questline! If anyone knows how to fix it? or if not plz patch it!

A reload of an earlier save is your best chance to trigger it, or try leaving the sanctuary, waiting 30 days in game then return to see if it triggers.

I finished the DB questline a few days ago and didn't have this problem, Nazir does stop giving quests for part of this questline but his are side quests and not essential for completion.

Are you sure there is not another source for the quest you need.

Thats treu, the only 3 contracts he gives that are important are the ones you get first, killing a miner and some vampires i belive. There where ment to birdge the time between two main quests, but i also worked through the DB questline a few days ago, And did not encounter this problem.. Best bed is indeed waiting or reloading.. or wait and talk to Astrid again.

i cant get any further without them since i cant speak to astrid. she only says that i should go see nazir

I have just encountered this bug as well. It is in the quest "Whispers in the Dark"
After Astrid sends you to eavesdrop on Cicero in the Night Mother's coffin and you become the listener, Astrid tells you she needs time to think and that you need to talk to Nazir about a contract.
Your quest objective updates with "Receive a side contract from Nazir" but when you speak with him he has no contracts to offer.

I have tried waiting around, I have tried deselecting the quest leaving the sanctuary and returning, I have reloaded saves repeatedly from prior to acquiring the Whispers in the Dark quest, but nothing works. Any suggestions?

I remember doing that quest on one of my earlier characters but I've never encountered that problem. It could be the most recent patch try reloading a previous auto-save if you don't have a manual save.Or if that doesn't work you can always try sleeping or waiting a couple days to see if that fixes it.

I've tried it but it didn't work. I reloaded a save I made while in the quest just before (and made a new save right before walking into the Dark Brotherhood) and attempted the quest again, but Nazir still will not give me the contracts. I also waited for 18 days with no effect, and 10 days also with no effect.Though he talks to me as if he has already given me a contract.
Any other possible solutions?

Either you have a quest active you haven't noticed, check the misc ones, or you need to go back further maybe before this phase of the questline, worst case scenario - to just after you first gained entry to the sanctuary.

Sill only a few hours if you stick to this only mind.
