So like in the Dawnstar Sanctuary is the master bedroom containers actually usable? Can I store items in it without the fear of loosing the items i put in it

You can put anything you want in the sanctuary without the worry of losing it. I made it my home and put in wines and books.

The containers in the master bedroom are safe, you can store anything there without fear of losing it. I liked the original Sanctuary better tho, it was smaller, more practical and had better atmosphere. The one you end up with is too big and empty and looks like any other dungeon. The area where the NIght Mother was in the original sanctuary was much more "reverent" and looked much more like an altar than where she ends up in.

You're the Listener. Once the Dark Brotherhood quests are finished and you lead them, then all of the containers in the bedroom are safe. It's meant for the Listener's sole use, so I don't see why they'd make any of the containers respawn.

Yeah stuck in a corner and right by the entrance, in a spot where everyone passes by. She was more safeguarded and isolated in the original sanctuary.

yeah I really think they should revamp the dawnstar sanctuary or at least fill it with a couple more named npcs

Yes, in fact all of the containers in the Dawnstar Sanctuary are safe. I tested by putting an Ancient Nord Arrow in every one, fast travelling to riverwood, sleeping for 31 days, and then fast travelling back to the sanctuary. All the arrows were still there.
