So I just killed Cicero in his place during the Darkbrotherhood storyline, and i go back to the entrance and its blocked off and there's no other way to get out? Anyone else having this problem?

As people always say reload saves, blah blah blah, coincidentally i just did this quest and i have no problem at all getting back.
