I completed Darkness Returns, returned the key, went back to the TG and talked to Brynolf yet got no achievement for completing the quest. Bug or what?

You need to speak to Brynjolf again after the ceremony, at which point he gives you are very nice Necklace and instructs you to see Tonilla for your Guild master armor. The achievement pops upon receiving the armor from Tonilla.
