Lots of underworld fans probably assume she will be the closest thing to a Selene they will find.
Short black hair. Pale skin. Name similarities Serana/Selene. Not to mention the obvious Underworld influences with Harkon being a cruel father who bestows the Vampire Lord form which is nearly identical and inspired by Marcus Corvinus of Underworld.

I can state a few other things, but NDA is still in effect.

I saw leaked footage of her about a week before Dawnguard came out and to me she seems like a good character.

She has advanced follower AI, is well-developed, has enjoyable dialogue, and is purty.
