Okay, so installing Dawnguard has brought along with it some annoying bugs. I haven't really done any of the questline yet, but just installing it did two things:

1) Game randomly gets stuck on loading screen when leaving a building to the exterior world. It is random and doesn't happen every time.
2) And more annoying, which makes the game sort of unenjoyable and sort of clunky is being stuck in 3rd person. I can "zoom in" to first person point of view as well as hit the 'F' key to enter first person point of view, however a split second later it will revert back to third person point of view.

It'd be tolerable if all I was doing is exploring, but trying to pick stuff up (especially when it's near the back of a shelf on floor level) or entering combat...dunno, it feels like I'm having some brain-damaged out of body experience. Certain games seem to lend themselves to 3rd person well, but at least for me, this type of game does not. It'd be like playing Halo, etc. in 3rd person. Lamelamelame.
