Anyone experienced a crash after using the psb command with Dawnguard installed?

I'm trying to determine whether this is due to a mod or not, but after using psb and player.modav dragonsouls 99, if I open the Magic menu it immediately causes a crash.

Only happened after installing Dawnguard + Catalyst 12.8 + a couple of new mods at the same time, including Directors Tools, UFO, Better Vampires.
