I was playing Skyrim fine, and then saved my game,then exited it properly. I then downloaded dawnguard five minutes later, I can no longer Load my games as it claims the disk is unreadable when selecting load or continue. Can anyone help?,Has anyone else had this problem?

I had a similar problem during the beta. My game would freeze every time I tried to load up a pre-Dawnguard save. To fix it I deleted Dawnguard, loaded the same save up, and saved my character in a different location. Then I reinstalled Dawguard and it worked fine.
