Dawnguard compared to Bloodmoon?

Post » Fri Nov 16, 2012 5:45 am

For those that've played Bloodmoon through the main quest, East empire company quests and sidequests, how does Dawnguard compare in terms of content? Would you say it is around the same?

I'm just wondering since these two expansions seem to be similar sized

People are gonna say Bloodmoon is better merely because its older but I'd say Dawnguard was better but that may be because I like vampires..

Bloodmoon was good. And since it didn't end in three hours as I expected, Dawnguard is shaping up fairly boss too.

Bloodmoon was great but Dawnguard is by far superior in terms of storyline, interiors, exteriors and content in my opinion, while bloodmoon did add a large island there wasn't much to do besides a handful of quests and the MQ and EEC.

Erm well while Dawnguard is good, it doesn't really compare to Bloodmoon. Dawnguard adds two rather similar questlines, both of which are really good, and a few sidequests. Bloodmoon added two massive independent questlines and far more sidequests, as well as a large landmass, as opposed to Dawnguard's two castles and a few new areas. The quality of each is debatable, but Bloodmoon definitely had more content.

Bloodmoon is bigger, but both have their own perks.
