Dawnguard or Dragonborn to buyplay first?

Hey guys, it's again one of this kind of questions... I would like to know which one is better in terms of adding more content, and the story. I also like playing the DLC's in correct order, i did this in fallout new vegas cause if you did them in the correct orded the story's matched to each other.

I already have hearthfire and only have the money to buy one of these DLC's first. But not going to buy the legendary edition though.

There really is no correct order to play them. Play them as you see fit. However be warned that the enemies on Solstheim are much tougher than any other normal enemy in the game. You should be at least level 20 before going over there although there are people that have done it on lower levels. I think DB has much more content that DG.

I 'd go for Dawnguard as Dragonborn is mainly on a separate island. Dawnguard also gives you a vampire option, or if playing a member of the Dawnguard a crossbow that's upgradeable.

Edit: However if you only intend to buy one of those two then Dragonborn is the better option, if you intend to buy both then as I said Dawnguard first.

dragonborn has more spells, armors and weapon plus tough enemies a new island to explore. dawnguard on other hand has dragonbone weapons, 2 new factions to join, awesome werewolf and vampire lord abilities and perks, some of the most amazing places you will ever see in video game ( forgotten vale ) some new armors and few spells. both are good its upto you which one you want first

Dragonborn has more overall content but Dawnguard has better main quest line. Get both DLCs but I'd start DG first.

Dawnguard 'cos arrow crafting, and it's nice to have everything tidied up on the mainland before heading off to new adventures in parts unknown. And Serana (just don't do what I did and give her a staff of fireballs  ).

Since this is a Beth game, which one you play or buy first really doesn't matter much at all. The stories don't have much of anything in common, so there's very little risk of missing out on critical information by doing them out of order...unlike New Vegas...which, IMO, is a superior game in nearly every aspect (save for mindless exploration)

My personal opinion on this is to go for Dragonborn, but I'm a little biased against vampires. Don't like them, go no use for them, got no desire to hunt and kill them either.
