Dawnguard or Dragonborn?

Post » Wed Feb 06, 2013 4:19 am

Hello everyone!

Basically, I've just come back to XBOX and previously played Skyrim on PS3 from release, I'm looking to buy one of the two.

I've heard that Dawnguard is more of a story based DLC, with a small new area and some nice weapons and armour, and Dragonborn is more of a Shivering Isles kind, more locations and open with side quests etc. Leaving me stuck on which to buy... I'm leaning towards Dragonborn.

And I was thinking of buying Hearthfire along with the chosen option, is it worth buying?

Thanks!

I haven't played Dragonborn yet as I am on PC. But you could buy Dawnguard first, my companion from Dawnguard has saved my butt more then once.

Not played DB yet but it looks better than DG in my opinion, how come ya going for 360 rather than ps3? just wondering cause if ya get it on ps3 next week you can get it half price!

EDIT: oh yeah, an it's actually difficult to answer whether hearthfire is worth it, it's pretty nice content if ya into adopting kids and building your little homestead. If that doesn't appeal to you don't buy it!

Dragonborn. New place to explore, few new items and dragon riding.

Heathfire is NOT WORTH IT. I mean, the price is great, but the content isn't very good.
