Why is Xbox getting a head start to the DLC Dawnguard?

I, for one, believe PC and Playstation should also be included in the DLC at the same time.

Completely unfair.

I find this, absurd, to say the least.

Games arn't developed on an Xbox, they're developed on a Computer, which voids the fact it's coming out for Xbox first.

Yes, i am mad at hearing this news.
