Hi,
When is Dawnguard and DLC coming to PS3 its already out on PC and Xbox so why not PS3? Do Microsoft have a licence where xbox gets DLC first?
Also will there be any type of Online for SKYRIM on PS3?

As for online capabilities in Skyrim, no, it won't happen. It's a single player game.
