a few days ago i purchased dawnguard and everything was working great, but yesterday when i started up skyrim i noticed it dint check to see if dawnguard had synched up properly and i opened at the datafiles to find that dawnguard has disappeared all together. its even been taken off my computer which makes absolutely no sense.

i need to know if someone could help me find out whats wrong and possibly help me get dawnguard back because i paid 20$ for this DLC.

note i have proof of purchase in screenshots and can provide evidence if needed for proof



this occured after i deleted the mod the Mcmiller chronicles and i really want my DLC back

well since its steam, go to the dlc page and redownload it, you shouldn't be charged for it again since you already own it.

that's the thing. i have gone back to steam and i don't see a prompt to redownload it. i don't know if i am simply skipping over the option to redownload it

I Haven't tried to do it myself, but if I recall right the official hd pack would redownload on a verify cache, you could try that and see if that helps.

i downloade the hi-res pack, but dawnguard didnt come back
