I'm having a problem with my Dawnguard main quests updating, and triggering the follow.

It started on the quest The Profit, the moth priest kept attacking me, so he would not read the elder scroll. I loaded a previous save, and then it wouldn't give me the quest at all.

I used the console command finally to "complete" the quest, even though it wouldn't get put in my log after the loaded save, and it said it completed it. Now I can't get the following quest, Chasing Echoes.

Anyone have this problem or have some advice?
