no not realy there is realy only one interior cell in all of soul cairn. its a desolate wasteland and very easy to get lost in.

are you sure? in battlespire there were a lot of interiors!

He's right. You get to scale outdoor towers. That's about it. But it's quite expansive, with different interactive features.

Dawnguard Runehammer is found as a quest given by Florentius in Fort Dawnguard. You can get the quest after he joins.

Keep doing side quests for the dawnguard. Ask "is there anything thatI can do to help". Eventually, Florentius willl give you one that will send you to get one of them. Then you will have to do more filler quests, then he will tell you the second location. Same for the third Rune.

Yes, but highly rare and at higher levels it seems.

On one of the wikis they mention Auriels Shield. Is it just mentioned or can it be found?

Auriels Shield can be found on a falmer after going through one of the paragons. Can't remember which one, but the Forrest one.

Return to the Forgotten Vale and slay the giant in the palace. You'll the need the Initiate's Ewer to reach it. Use the Ruby Paragon you take from the corpse to travel to where the Falmer with the shield lurks.
