While travelling to Whiterun I encountered a callow and inept Dawnguard agent called Hakar fighting a couple of vampires without much success. After I took care of them he ran up to me and basically said 'This wasn't in the brochure! I quit. You can have my stuff.' He left me his armour, amulet of Stendarr, and a note containing orders for a mission to resupply Dawnguard caches. Has anyone else encountered this guy?

yup there is such an agent in every hold with a list of caches

I don't suppose you've found the cache that's apparently south of the Western Watchtower outside Whiterun? I've been wandering around south of there for ages trying to find this thing.

That is the only one i cant find

I basically tripped over the other two in Whiterun hold, but 'South of the Western Watchtower' covers a moderate chunk of ground. I'd expect it to be against a rock or an overhanging bit of ground, but I can't see it anywhere.

Really? I haven't seen this yet and I never fast travel, and have been playing for 3 weeks now. Although I seem to miss a lot of these encounters as I have yet to see the farmer werewolf, or Babette.

The what? I haven't seen that either.
