[REL] Dawnstar Expanded

First version released!

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/22644

With this mod, I'm seeking to bring Dawnstar (historically one of Skyrim's major cities) up from the status of village to sizable town (on the scale of one of Oblivion's). Everything works, but I'm calling this a 0.1 beta because it's the first release and there are still two buildings without accessible interiors (East Empire and one other).
But even as is, it adds a lot of life to Dawnstar. My new NPCs visit the store, inn, hall of the dead etc, they all have day jobs and merrily use their idle markers and no silent dialogue (I hope!)
And it's also practical (finally, a general trader! A stable! A shrine!)

Added so far (green= interiors and NPCs also completed) :

- Burd's Trade Post (general trader, opposite Jarl's longhouse)
- Docks expanded. More fishing skiffs and a longship. Fish vendor.
- Wall and gateway. Some large rock statics added to help hem it in.
- Stables. Fully functional.
- Hall of the Dead
- East Empire Company (docks, north of Fruki's house). Unfinished.
- Two new small houses, one a dock worker's (behind longhouse) the other a fisherman and family (next to Irgnir's house)
- One undecided building, visible at the back of town behind the inn. Unfinished.
- Also note there are a few more animals about (the birds in pics are from Birds of Skyrim however)

Future releases will include the (currently inaccessible) East Empire Company offices, and a purchasable player home. The two buildings are there, just inaccessible as of now.

===Compatibility===

The mod should be totally clean, I haven't deleted anything (just disabled, a few trees mainly). Some minor terrain edits near the stables and one or two other spots.
No edits to vanilla NPCs or anything like that.
Will conflict with anything editing Dawnstar navmeshes. Anything editing the entrance to the Sanctuary will be fine, I didn't touch that cell.

-Will certainly conflict with Better Docks' Dawnstar module.

This sure looks fancy, always loved Dawnstar but it seemed to be to much of a tiny town. Definetly gonna give this a try and see what it's like! :>
