Pro:

- Incredible view

- Wide open space

- Rolling snowy hills, windmill off in the distance

- Many wild deer

- Close to Whiterun

- Almost no enemies to disturb you

Cons: Unpronoucable home name

I don't really understand why people like Lakeview so much.

You can barely see a small portion of the lake past the necromancer alter plus there are too many trees in the way, which ruins the view.

Too many trees makes the view of the lake almost un-viewable.

Along with enemies surrounding the home in Lakeview.

The Morthal home looked more like a 'Lakeview' home but seemed kinda bland in the choice of location.
