So that quest failed on me, so want to ask if there a way to still do the quest?
i don't have any save that goes back that far.. since i have all except mehrunes razor, can i then make a new char to take the quest on it or do i have to have all 15 artifacts on a single character?

what i remember was that i talk to someone outside the museum and then on the screen it said quest failed or something.

It shouldn't fail unless he dies I would say. If he's non-essential he could get eaten by a dragon. For the achievement, all would have to be on one char.

alright, i can't be certain that he might be eaten by a dragon either way the door is closed and i can't get to it.. so i might make a new char just for the fun
