Just finished all the quests for the DLC and am back in the Villa. Upon attempting to leave, the screen goes black and I just begin to hear the music fade in. Before anything pops up, the game freezes and I get a CTD. This also happened when I attempted to end the game prematurely by reading Sinclaire's Personal Accounts. I've tried to reload the game without any mods and that doesn't help either.

This error is affecting me too in the same way, although I did not try the Sinclair ending so I don't know if that would bomb me out as well, but it sounds likely. It looks like it's failing when it's trying to load the ending video, if it's affecting not just one ending but others as well. I am really hoping they fix this quickly, because I am now effectively trapped in Sierra Madre (and I dumped all my weapons so I could grab as much loot as I could carry! D'oh) until they fix the ending.

I got past the crash when leaving by unequipping everything I had equipped, also I had changed texture quality from high to medium.
So it is probably one of those that did it.

My saviour! I took my clothes off and put away my knife and hot damn, it worked!

Tried what those aobve me suggested and it didn't work. Would love to be able to get back to the wasteland with my new weapons and such. Halp. D:
