Description: Ever wondered what happens after death? The game keeps on running even after the player dies, but normally your last save is loaded five seconds after death, so you can't see what happens, like if your companion avenges you or if your body rolls all the way down a hill. Each of the plugins listed below will delay the reloading of your last save to the prescribed time in seconds.
Install:
- Download
- Unzip
- Included are:
  - Death Cam (10 seconds).esp
  - Death Cam (10 seconds).esp
  - Death Cam (15 seconds).esp
  - Death Cam (20 seconds).esp
  - Death Cam (30 seconds).esp
  - Death Cam (45 seconds).esp
  - Death Cam (60 seconds).esp
  - Death Cam (30 Minutes).esp <----Available as an optional, separate file.
- Place plugin of your choice in...
  - x86 (32-bit Windows): C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Skyrim\Data
  - x64 (64-Bit Windows): C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Skyrim\Data
- Activate plugin:
  - With SkyrimLauncher.exe > Data Files GUI if possible (shows an empty screen for me). Make sure you have bEnableFileSelection=1 added to your SkyrimPrefs.ini under the [Launcher] header. Add it if not there.
  - Or use NMM or equivalent
- Play.
Uninstall: Delete the file or untick it.

Good one, I was just thinking that the game reloaded too fast. I want to see myself roll all the way down the mountain after a bad jump.

Oh! If nothing exciting is going on after death, you can still hit ESC to reload manually.

I just loaded one of my saves where I'd scaled the mountain behind Windhelm, then I jumped off and enjoyed the hilarity, I can't wait till I finally get to High Hrothgar :thumbsup:

Nice now I can watch the Npc after they kill me to see if they come over and check me or loot the times that I may have just dropped..

Nice - just wish I had had it when that giant caught me with an upward swing and my character looked like he did in Oblivion after hitting sheo in the Shivering Isles -- I was still in id air when the camera quit.

A few had asked for an even longer death cam, so there's now a 30 minute version as an optional file on the Nexus. You don't have to wait that long if you don't want to as you can hit ESC and then load your last save manually.
