PLEASE don't leave us out! I don't fully understand how it all works and what not. Or if it is even possible! I don't really know what I am talking about concerning this! Or maybe a local search option? All I know is that I like this game and so do many others! You will find that people will return their copies of Crysis 2 and get their money back. Just like many have with another recently released game. Due to the lack of these so called "dedicated" servers. Your parent company wants you to make money and keep it for them, right? Pleasing a greater population of the world will surely solidify your future enterprises. It will keep Crysis as one of the more popular games! As I am well sure you know! Nothing is impossible!
Oh! I sure am sick of having to unload a whole clip into an enemy to get a kill. This is truly a game that is worth a long term commitment! Don't ruin the experience for us Aussie gamers!

Last time I checked all EA games but Crysis 2 has dedicated servers, BFBC2, Medal of Honor, the Madden games too. Did you guys hear about Homefront? So it is possible, well here's another example Gears 3 will have them too. Somebody mention that dedicated servers will not solve everybodies connection issues but will help those of us who have a decent connection or better. If you lag well is basically your connection.

If I had a pennny for all the times that I've seen the host just abusing and finishing a game at 20-3, I had a lot of money. Don'tget me wrong I've gotten my ass kicked by good players, but many og those they are not the host, they just better than me, I just accept the fact that this is entertaintment for me and I'm enjoying the riide. I'm level 41 right now, I hate camping and could care less about K/D ratio which stands at 1.09 right now. But my win/loss ration is very good due to a group of committed friends, we play to win not to care for the selfish and stupid k/d ratio.

Finally the conection issues are killing the games, ,like Black Ups and Modern Warfare 2 and also the freakin' cheaters. The Jtag is only usefull on games that have a player host like the COD series. I sold my BOps copy on Ebay back in January, I couldn't take it anymore. Didn't sold Gears 2 but the hist advantage took me out of the MP so things have to change and with gaming PCs and gaming components being more accesible, well gamers may come back to PCs.

If you get the components the cost could be lower, specially with the new GE Force GTX550 for $149(I'm an ATI guy myself). But how much do you actually spend for an Xbox. Now is $299, but when I got my 1st one it was $400 plus $100 more for wireless, only a 20GB HD. An additional controller $50.

So if you need a PC just save a little more and get a gaming capable unit, noit everybody have the amount of money required to get an Alien Ware which I think is severely over priced.

Crysis should of focused on the potential of Console sales for the future, rather than what customer base they have now.

Short term business plan in my opinion, They overlooked the potential future sales on the consoles and released bad ports on the consoles.

If you weren't aware, there has been a thread on this before, but Internode (Australian Gaming ISP) HAS Dedicated servers for Crysis 2, they have a deal with MS to provided dedicated servers to their customers.

I have actually tried this, gone to my brothers house and tried his Internode connection (which is slightly better than mine, but not enough to make the difference it did). We connected to games pretty much filled with other Aussies and didn't have any lag, or a single Migrating Session in an hour and a half of gaming. The Hit detection and kill cams were still pretty shocking though.....

If you wanna find that thread I mentioned, an Aussie on here by the screen name of "killorbekilld" posted it (try seraching it), with a full list of companies that will give you hosting of dedicated servers for payment, and a few that had deals to provided them for customers.

over the life span of the game I would spend more than you......AND you DON'T buy a new gaming computer FOR ONE GAME! That is stupidity at its highest level. If you included what I paid for my Xbox and control...add another 500 plus 80 bucks...comes to an approximate total of.......$1980 for a year of gaming! I do believe we deserve what we f%@#ing pay for!
