Some of them has some good quest lines and unique rare item. Are these items level dependant? If I do the quest line at level 50 for example, do I get better item that does more damage?

I've done a couple of Daedra shrine quests, loot is pretty good but from other threads I have read the consensus is that no, they are not levelled...
