I've this issue whereby there's a 5-15 second delay when looking at my followers inventory, triggering dungeon traps (only oil pools and loose lamps?), collecting quest rewards from NPCs, to name a few.

Some examples; I talk to my follower and ask for their inventory. The dialogue menu remains open and the option is still selected, but the menu only turns up 5, 10 and sometimes up to 15 seconds later.
There's a trail of spilled oil in a dungeon. I fire an arrow at a loose oil lamp hanging above it - but nothing happens!? I'm confused, is it really THAT sturdy despite appearing to only be hanging by a thread? Oh, no, it's just taking it's own sweet time to fall. Only HALF the oil trail (one puddle?) ignites. Only a moment (~5 seconds) later does an adjacent "puddle" ignite.

Here's what I've tried so far, might have missed a thing or two:
- Generating new default skyrim.ini and skyrim_prefs.ini via the launcher.
- Using the 'PCB' console command and waiting 48 hours. This MIGHT have helped slightly, likely to just be my imagination.
- Moving/Backing-up most of my save files (safe for the latest few) to a separate folder within the same directory.

Might be worth nothing that only this particular has this problem. Another character 200 hours in with all the same mods activated (quite an old save file, though) doesn't suffer from this. Seems like a lost cause considering so many solutions don't work - but it would mean half the world if I'm able to get this fixed!
