So I have been doing the Thieves guild side quest and did 5 in Solitude and 5 in Whiterun and all was working well I got the special request and finished them but now I have done five in Windhelm and Delvin talks about the special request in Windhelm and to mean that cruel sea guy but the quest does not trigger on my screen, So now when I talk to Vex or delvin they tell be to ease up and finsih that special request in Windhelm. But its not even in my quest log... I even tried to go to the guy I'm supposed to meet and nothing. because the quest is actually not there. Is there a fix?
