Got a question on the Destruction perks..

Disintegrate, Deep Freeze, or Intense Flames... the low health perks the says Shock/Frost/Fire damage disintegrates/paralyzes/causes target to flee if health is below 20%...

My question is will I get this bonus if I'm using an enchanted weapon?

If I have a weapon with shock damage enchant and I have the Disintegrate perk will I get the bonus?

Also if you know does the Augmented Flames/Frost/Shock perks in the same tree affect weapon enchants of the same damage type as well?

I guess nobody knows?

They do not, good sir.

Are you sure? My friend told me they do but I don't really trust him when it comes to this stuff...
