I feel that this probably isn't the time to ask with all of the problems with the game, however I was largely interested in this game because of mod development and it didn't ship with the game, which was unexpected. Any news on what kind of time-frame we are looking at for these? Tomorrow would be great, would give me something to do in the months of patches that its going to take to get me unstuck from the bug I'm in.

I was under the impression that the Developer tools came witht he PC version ONLY and I even drove to the midnight release to pick up the box. (hoping to pick it up with out the Steam overhead) found out it really just ended up being the install data and a STEAM key for the game.

Isn't there a console command to get to the dev tools? Actually came here to find the command.

It will be released in couple of days on steam and possibly FTP

My understanding is that the mod tool will be released at later date. Also looking forward to this.
