Dialog Flow

Post » Mon Sep 23, 2013 2:08 pm

Hey guys im having a wee problem with my dialog im writing heres a breakdown of what I want to do.

Actor talks to me --- Player choice --- Actor talks -- Player choice -- Actor talks............ in that order.

The problem im having is I get all the player choices during the first greet with the actor. Which means I can see all these player choices that dont make sense at the start of the conversation because they are ment for later on in the conversation.

Thats the best I can describe it really :/ I just cant figure it out.

Any help is welcome.

Cheers.

Have you done the CK dialogue tutorial: http://www.creationkit.com/Bethesda_Tutorial_Dialogue ?

You need to link the possible choices to the first topic and so on.

You need to make branches and change the topics that are on the inside from top level to normal. Double click on the ouside and you'll see small box pop up with the options.

Incase I didn't explain it correctly, top level topics appear at the initial encounter, normal level topics appear after a dialogue choice.
