You infiltrate the party in Solitude? If you search around the embassy in one of the rooms there is a locked glass cabinet with 2 daggers and 2 tiara/crown looking objects.

I had no lock picks at the time, anybody know where to buy lock picks? Back on topic, if you were able to unlock the glass cabinet can you post the stats damage/weight/name of the dagger?
