Did a Mod add this? : V

I haven't bothered with brawling recently so I don't know when this started. But yesterday I decided to brawl with Rolff Stone-fist. Instead of brawling after the usual dialog he pulled out a staff and attacked me. My character went into the usual brawl animations, and beat him up, with the help of my follower who apparently was under the impression that it was a real fight.

This happened repeatedly after reloads and leaving the cell for a few game days.

I finally decided to make him non-essential using the mod below. When I killed him and searched his body he had something called "the White Staff of Raistlin" on him. I've done a search on the UESPwiki, Google and Bing. None of them turned up a word about this thing.

Here are my mods. Did one of them add this, or is it something from DB that's not been documented so far?

Never mind. It was RaistlinRobes that did it. I hadn't even noticed that it add the staff, but I still don't understand why it made Rolff change his behavior. I've turned it off and he took his beating like a true Nord idiot so I'm going to let him live. For now.

1st: get this one:

that should stop NPCs from randomly attacking during brawls.

2nd: my bet would be on the mod called: RaistlinRobes.esp (Google tells me it's a Character from the Dragonlance setting. so yes, the staff should have come from a mod.)

edit: is that racedescription the one from the workshop?
have you recently tried horsecombat? if you look like a scarecrow on the horse it's that mod.
