Since you don't appear to have the code yet, you probably have to go through Amazon Customer Service if the above suggestion doesn't work. Beth Customer Service might oblige you with a code but they might just as easily say you need to work with the retailer. I don't know. I'm waiting on the status of a Walmart myself.
