Difficulty Mods?

I finished Fallout 4 and wasn't super impressed. Honestly, if FO4Edit hadn't come out so I could mod the game a lot I don't think I could have finished it. Anyway, I have a hankering to play NV again, but its been a long time and I need some recommended mods. Here is what I am looking for:

Harder, not more annoying: Harder means guns to more damage, head shots do more damage to you and NPC's, enemies that should be hard get a big boost (aka Sentry Bots, the Bots guarding the Strip) Stimpacks healer slower, food heals slower or not at all, enemies have better AI, more enemies added. Annoying: Caps have more weight, stimpacks get heavy, humans with more health then a Battleship.

If any of you know about Requiem for Skyrim, I'd love a mod like that for NV. Something that removes the stupid level scaling and just makes the enemies set levels... high levels. If I'm too weak for an area, I want to die.

-Id love to find a mod that normalizes Human HP, makes the weaker humans stronger but lowers the HP of some humans so they can't take multiple large caliber bullets to the face.

- Looking for a mod that buffs the robots, its insane how weak Mr. House Robots are, and Sentry Bots should be a lot tougher, too weak for a military bot.

- Looking for a mod that removes weak Super Mutants. They should spawn with big guns or not spawn at all.

- Looking for a mod that makes the Strip more populated, and more dangerous.

- Looking for a mod that adds new locations with harder enemies (A World of Pain s on my List)

-Good weapon mods (I'm looking at Weapons of the New Millenia and Classic Fallout Weapons, but I need a patch to increase their damage or Ill have to mod it myself)

- Is Monster Mod worth it? I honestly was disappointed by it in Skyrim, some monsters had poor animations, others were just super weak.

- I will most likely get an increased spawn mod but one that has hand placed more enemies is better. More guards in the Casinos, more enemies guarding the good loot, etc.

I always play NV with Project Nevada. The mod tweaks various aspects of the whole game and you can also play around with the controls and set it to your liking.

Also, if you want to experience a totally different, desolate, difficult and depressing Mojave, then install Fallout: Dust! It's a survival based mod, but man, once I escaped the Mojave, I was so happy to start a new game and see some friendly faces! LOL
