Any chance to disable switching to 3rd person view via mouse wheel?

My mouse wheel is damn ******* sensitive (can't be altered because the mouse is built like that)
and just one move with the mouse, the wheel starts turning and here we go, 3rd person view.

I have to switch back about 50 times per minute ...

Maybe some can help me?!

Remove the binds for zoom or move them to something else.
