Just curious (if the need should ever arise), how do you disable DLC on the PS3?
Like for example, if I just wanted to disable Dawnguard, how would I go about that?
Or is my only option to uninstall?

For that matter, how do I uninstall DLC?

You can't disable/uninstall mods (DLC just being official mods) in the middle of a save that relies on that content (i.e. continue to use that character), or you'll utterly destroy it.
