I've noticed with all my characters that when they have a healing spell equipped with hands out, this faint chiming starts. It sounds like a small bell constantly ringing. I want to disable this very badly but I have no idea where to locate it, change it, etc. I was hoping someone already made a mod for this but I can't find one. Any suggestions?

I must admit I'm only guessing for the second one as I can't quite figure out exactly what it does based on the description.

The first one seems to work well. You also might want to try using http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=12716 in conjunction, it makes most spells sound generally less annoying (not the readied healing spell chime though).

I ended up using the 'Idle Sound Cut'. It works perfectly, thank you. I wish it was on Steamworks. :/
