Disappearing bodies - will we ever see a fix?

Since release, Dishonored has been plagued by this annoying bug. On the off chance that you're reading this and you've never encountered the bug, it's basically this: unconscious bodies will eventually begin to disappear if you pile them up in a room. Poof. Gone. Out of the game-world entirely, it seems. This is kind of a serious issue in a stealth game, especially if you play meticulously. Body-count is important. And it brings up all sorts of questions about how a disappeared guard's absence affects the AI pattern of other NPCs? Is the vanished guard still registered in the level as having been displaced from his patrol route? Will another guard still try to fill in for him or become suspicious @ his absence? Or is he just gone without a trace, as if he was never there to begin with? All of this is important information to the player :I

I was really hoping this would be fixed when the DLC patch hit but, alas, no. So can we expect a fix... ever? Pretty please?

It's not a bug. It's a feature to free game resources.

That said, if you play the PC version of the game, you can easily fix this yourself by editing DefaultAI.ini which is located in Steam\steamapps\common\Dishonored\DishonoredGame\Config\

Change the above to the below.
