Title says it all. Can you disenchant a Chillrend?

I imagine you could but why would you want to destroy such a beautiful and unique sword?

Don't think so, but why destroy it? All you need is 'any' frost enchanted sword to get that enchant.

It has paralysis doesn't it?
Or am I making a mistake here? Is it that you cannot disenchant the paralysis?

Thats another affect, and i'm pretty sure you can get that elsewhere to.

I believe I tried with childrend on my game and it wouldn't allow me to... alot of those quest reward items it won't let you.
