Hey, guys! Everytime i try to run Dishonored, it opens only in a small window and just freezes. It always says that its not responding and freezes my computer a few mins later. I cant even make a printscreen of it. I dont have the best specs but its more than enough to run the game as i experienced and heard from my friends. My gaph card drivers are the latest. I tried to reinstall it but its not working. I tried to run it after clean boot to check if something is blocking it but it didnt work either.

This exact same thing is happening to me. Yesterday the game was running beautifully and I was having a lot of fun; now I can't even get in to play it.

My system specs aren't the best, but given how smoothly it was yesterday, I think they're definitely adequate.
Processor: Intel Core i5 M 520 @ 2.40 Ghz and 2.40 Ghz
RAM: 4 GB
Running Windows 7 Home Premium
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5000 Series w/ 1 GB of its on RAM

Does anyone know what's up? I'm going to try deinstalling and reinstalling just in case I'm hitting a corrupted file.

Sorry for doublepost, but I figure it's worth the bump since I've fixed my problem:

I deinstalled and reinstalled and now it seems to be happy and runs great. Apparently I must have jostled my laptop while it was copying things from the DVD and something went screwy.

i have the sam fuc... problem. I dont play any minute and that's make me very angry. Is it soooooo difficult to create a game that works from the first minute at the release?? And again i can say CU to my 49,99euro

Did you try reinstalling? Have you tried verifying the game over Steam? Have you checked the rest of the forum and tried out the solutions to other problems?

I reinstalled serveral times and i couldnt find anybody on the forums who had this problem/solution...
