Just needing help getting the game started.

Seemingly, I have the game installed but when I click on the start button from the Steam Window, I am met with window that first asking me to allow a "buildbot_winslave4....etc" program to run. I click on yes and am met with another quick window claiming a "first time set up" deal and then nothing.

Need help with a solution, please.
