I've been experiencing a problem with a disk read error. Every time I would select Load or Continue, the disk read error popped up. I do not have it installed on my Xbox 360 and I've cleared the cache. The disk does not have any scratches. I have tried a new game and about five into the opening dialogue the disk read error pops up. I've tried playing other games to see if it was my Xbox 360 and it plays the other games just fine.
Do I need to get a hard drive and install it or do I need to exchange the game for another copy?
