So when I loaded the game up last night it rated my system for high, which I let it run at and then said [censored] that I can do better and put it up to ultra. I still maintain 60 fps with all sliders up anywhere I go.

The problem I'm having is every 5, 10, 20 minutes( it happens randomly but seems to land on those increments) the game freezes, the screen goes crazy.

I hit ctrl alt del and get back to my desktop where it tells me the display driver failed.

My card isn't over heating, max is under 70 C, and this doesn't happen at all if I leave settings on high.

Wondering if anyone can help, thanks!

drivers are up to date, running fraps, msi, and realtemp in bkg is all.

What card and driver version?

XFX HD 6870 2GB

updated drivers with most recent I could find a few days ago, from september on amd's website

Steam just told me there was a driver update? 0.o

version: 3.00.0847

will see if I still have the same problem
