Just got home from the midnight release with this game and once I got to the character creation screen,I noticed that the HUD is way off the screen. There's no way to adjust it in the Options menu either. And in 1st-person,I'm barely able to see my weapon. Everything more or less just goes off-screen. Is there a way to fix this?

sd tv or hd tv?

SDTV. I've had all my settings the same for years. Never had to change anything on my tv,so they're factory defaults. Just with this game in particular,almost everything is off-screen. The only thing that fits perfectly is the start menu or my character in 3rd-person.

strange, hope it doesn't happen to mine as i also use a sd tv.

maybe you have to tinker with the ps3 video options?

I just tried it and switched my PS3 setting to 16:9. It made it only slightly better. My compass is still halfway off-screen and there's text that pops up in the top-left corner that I still can't read at all. In terms of 1st-person,most of my sword is on-screen now with only a small section of my hand showing. I really don't know why they didn't put screen settings in the game itself.

problems = tekst to smal on lcd 16/9 : tekst npc ( u need to sit close like a pc to read tekst )

play to long en game freezes like hel on ps3
solution = save - stop game restart game
why leting dead corpses staying longer then 10 min ?????? takes lot of memorie

also bugs bone flying in the air
dead animals / creatures not faling on ground

rest keep up good work big rpg of the jear only need fiks huge framerate problem if skyrim = best rpg ever .
