Does anyone know if the npc's in Skyrim have race disposition modifiers? Did this carry over from Oblivion?

Does anyone know if the npc's in Skyrim have race disposition modifiers? Did this carry over from Oblivion?

Some NPCs will react according to your race, but only few and far in between. And mostly people are either enemy/acquaintance/friend, and their attitude towards you change for the better after you do their respective quest

Okay, thank you for your response.
The reason I was wondering about this is I noticed that the Altmer race in TES IV had negative disposition toward everyone but their own race. This is especially so for the Argonian, Dunmer, and Khajiit races and wondered if it carried over to Skyrim.
